Process Errors
DaVinci Resolve is not currently running.
Error Explanation:
This error occurs when the application attempts to interact with DaVinci Resolve, but Resolve is not currently running on your computer.
Error Solution:
Open DaVinci Resolve to resolve.
DaVinci Resolve is currently loading.
Error Explanation:
This error occurs when the application detects that DaVinci Resolve is in the process of loading but has not fully launched yet.
Error Solution:
Waiting DaVinci Resolve to finish loading and has reach the project manager window.
No project is currently open, or the open project is unsaved.
Error Explanation:
This error occurs when the application requires a project to be open in DaVinci Resolve, but either no project is currently open, or the open project has unsaved changes.
Error Solution:
Error Solution: Open the project you want to use with ReMark X.
No timeline is currently open.
Error Explanation:
This error occurs when the script requires a timeline to be open in the active project in DaVinci Resolve, but no timeline is currently open.
Error Solution:
Open the timelineyou want to use with ReMark X.
Destination Not Selected: No destination selected. Please select a destination.
Error Explanation:
This error occurs when the application requires a destination to be specified for an the exports, but no destination has been selected or provided by the user.
Error Solution:
Provide a destination for the exported files to save.
Licensing Errors
Invalid License Key: ReMark X will launch in lite mode. Please reactivate with a valid license key to unlock all features.
Error Explanation:
This error occurs when the current license file is determined to be invalid or incorrect.
Error Solution:
Either reactivate with a valid license or contact support.
Error: License Key and License Email are required.
Error Explanation:
This error occurs when either the License Key provided upon purchase, the associated Email address, or both, have not been provided for license activation in ReMark X.
Error Solution:
Ensure that both the License Key and Email address are entered accurately.
Activation Failed: Invalid license key.
Error Explanation:
This error occurs when the license key used for activation is invalid. Please use a valid license key when attempting to activate ReMark X.
Error Solution:
Ensure that both the License Key is entered accurately, if it continues to not error please contact support.
Activation Failed: Invalid Email address.
Error Explanation:
This error arises when the email address provided during activation is invalid.
Error Solution:
Use the email address associated with the purchase of the license.
Activation Failed: Activation limit has been reached for this license key.
Error Explanation:
This error occurs when the maximum number of activations allowed for the license key has been reached.
Error Solution:
Deactivate any other instances of ReMark X or contact supportfor assistance.
