# Exporting Reports
### Export
The primary function of ReMark X is to export reports as **Excel (.xlsx)** and **PDF** files for sharing. To initiate the export process check the [interface ](https://igrey-post.gitbook.io/igrey-post/remark-x/interface)and [preferences ](https://igrey-post.gitbook.io/igrey-post/remark-x/preferences)are correctly set and press the **Submit** button.

### Excel ('xlsx) & PDF Reports
The exported **Excel (.xlsx)** formatted report will be an editable spreadsheet workbook.
The exported report, formatted as a **PDF**, will be a non-editable **PDF** document.
Each report will include the following columns:
* Thumbnail Image
* Start Timecode\*
* End Timecode\*
* Duration
* Name
* Note
* Marker Color
* Clipname\*
Additionally, each report will feature a logo. If you're using the Lite version, the logo will be the default ReMark X logo. However, if you're using the Pro version and have set a custom logo, the default logo will be replaced with your custom one.

### Stills
If the **Save Stills** option is enabled, ReMark X will save each still as a **JPG** file, which can be found in the **Stills** folder.
If **Additional Low Res Stills** is enabled in the preferences the low resolution images will save in a sub-folder called **Low-Res**.
